Welcome 2015

Every  new year we say the same old thing, "I'm going to eat better, I'm want to lose a few pounds, I'm going to exercise more....Yada, yada, ya.  Truth is, I like to eat healthy.  I enjoy cooking and I truly like to exercise.  Yet, the holidays come around and parties, the food and libations, and I like that too.  :)  

 

I thought it would be fun to create a food blog, to share healthy, clean foods that are truly good.  So me and my friend Jaime are doing just that.  We are not dieticians or nutritionists, and don't have any background in the  health field.  We are just two women that want to not only share with each other, and we do that a lot, but also hope others may enjoy recipes and tips we gather along the way.  

 

We want to make this our best year ever and hope it will be yours as well.
