From trash to treasure / an old door to a beautiful photo display

I Love old stuff!  Even more, I love to repurpose old stuff.  When I fell upon this old blue door, I immediately knew what I was going to do with it.  Just one look and I knew that 8×10 photos would fit inside each one of those squares perfectly.  I bought the door for about $18.00, painted it black, added small sticky backed velcro pieces to both the photo and in each of the squares on the door.   Then add the wire for hanging with 2 very small screws, and Voila…done.  I ordered the photos on a single weight matboard so they weren’t flimsy. The photos can be popped off very easily if you want to change them out.   The door was purchased at my favorite place to putz around in http://www.thebarnantiques.com/.
